CAREER DAY AT MVMS

Career day was held on May 1st at MVMS. Each student attended sessions on five different careers.  Twenty - seven careers were represeted by community members on career day. Students were able to signup for which careers they were interested in.  In the afternoon students worked on team building activities and were able to watch a performance by Randy Judkins, who is a motivational speaker.  Mr. Judkins act includes comedy, Juggling, and a message about the importance of being able to laugh at yourself.

TECHNOLOGY DAY AT MVMS

On April 12th, all MVMS students had the opportunity to participate in technology training with the  Technology Intergration Specialist from the MLTI Program.  Students signed up for two out of six training sessions offered.

The six sessions offered included:  One Hour Game Design, Animation with Keynote, Who are you online?, Research around the World with Google Earth, Creating Monsters and Myths with Photo Booth and Comic Life, and Online Animation and Music.
